Your phone is tracking data about your activity throughout the day, and now you can see that data. Quickly tell when you left the house, or how long you have been sitting still.
Note that motion data is only saved on your phone for the last seven days, so that is what you will be able to see.

Surprisingly helpful
I was excited to see this app to help see what I’ve been doing. It was surprisingly easy to see when I left home, or how long I went walking, even without starting a workout. Thanks!
