Amazing app
Why why why haven’t I heard or made aware if this app before ? I love it . I really do . First and foremost most I love that the user can interact with this app. It makes you feel like you have powers lol . It keeps you focused which really helps when you’re feeling upset or overwhelmed. It’s magical to look at . I would recommend this app to so many of my family and friends . Pretty awesome .
I personally really like it
I tried the breath-work exercise and the combination of the music, beautiful images and timing relaxed me way quicker than i thought. Would definitely recommend trying it out and also their sleep app: Sleepwave.
Mildly concerned
The graphics are pretty and the tech is interesting, but it can be difficult to figure out what you’re supposed to do with each graphic and the high-pitched noise used in the app gave me a pretty bad headache. The volume also has to be pretty loud for it to work, which is inconvenient when you’re the only person awake in the house and you’re trying to relax so you can go to sleep.

Thank you for the honest feedback. Please note that the ultrasonic tone we use for motion tracking is completely silent to most people but you may be sensitive to it. We're happy to report that we've since made improvements to the frequencies, so this should be better for you now!
