Great Food & Service!

We love Mountain Mikes Pizza in Chico, CA! Their salad bar is always well stocked and clean. And their bread sticks are warm and scrumptiously delicious! The staff are friendly and express how they love see us!

Worst update ever, app doesn’t work

I was forced to download the update. I have tried repeatedly to migrate my old account with the new one, I had multiple rewards I haven’t used yet. Every time I enter in all my info, it takes me to the same screen and makes me choose a store location. When I try to place an order, it tells me to log in, but whenever I enter all my info again, it says I can’t log in. Ive even skipped the app and attempted to log in straight from the website and it won’t even allow me to do that. I’ve emailed app support, no response. I guess they don’t want people ordering online any longer or they would have fixed the problem already.

Not Working at All

Home Screen with photo of pepperoni pizza shows. For awhile there was a button to log in. It went nowhere. Occasionally it would flash to a login screen, which would then disappear. Now the login button has completely disappeared. No doubt will not get rewards points even though asked for them when ordering from computer website. We will not do that again. Dominos is terrible pizza, but it’s much cheaper and the app works every time. Seriously, high school students can design smoothly functioning apps. Why can’t Mountain Mike’s corporate?
