WALK A PROPERTY, GET AN EXACT VOLUME
Tap through the rooms and the items in them and the volume adds up as you go. Around 300 items with real trade loading figures, so the number you quote is the number the van needs. Boxes are counted room by room, not as one figure for the whole house, so the packers know the loft takes forty and the lounge takes twelve.
WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL
The whole survey is composed on the device and saved on every tap. Cellars, lofts and stairwells are not places with bars. It syncs on its own once you are back in signal.
QUOTE FROM THE DOORSTEP OR THE CAB
A measured survey earns a tight price rather than a rough guide band. Or put two postcodes in for a quick day-rate figure and save it straight onto the customer's record.
PLAN THE JOB, THEN CREW IT
Say what the job needs while you are quoting: how many vans, how many men, how many packers. Who is actually on it is a decision for move week, measured against that plan.
RUN THE DAY
Job sheets with the surveyed inventory and tick boxes for loaded and delivered, customer sign-off, condition photos, crew and vehicle assignment, invoices and payments.

Confirm or decline a requested moving date without leaving the app.
When a customer accepts their quote and asks for a particular day, Today now leads with it by name, and the job itself carries the decision. Confirming checks a van is free for those days and holds it. Declining emails them a link to pick another day, in the same wording the office would have sent.
You also get a notification the moment a date comes in, so a request made on a Sunday evening isn't sitting unseen until Monday.
Jobs waiting on your decision now have their own filter rather than sitting among quotes nobody has answered yet.
