Description
For decades Mr. Jim Johnson has adamantly insisted that our dough be made in the stores, never frozen, fully proofed and properly baked. This has been the cornerstone of MrJims.Pizza since the very beginning.
Now the big chains are offering seasoned crust too. I wonder where they ever got that idea. Well, of course, all of you have known that MrJims.Pizza was the best tasting pizza; although you may not have fully understood why it was. I have had a section in the MrJims.Pizza Operations manual for decades explaining that the most important factor is properly baking the pizza. Even in the training video Mr. Jim spends time on the importance of this point.

App doesn’t work
Downloaded app and then created an account but then when I try to login, it says your session has expired even though I haven’t logged in to the account for it to expire. Then tried to continue as a guest and all it does is take me back to the page to login or create account so I can’t even get into the app to continue with an order.
Got tired of entering my information over and over and also this does not have integration with Google, Facebook etc to automatically pull my information to create an account or login.
Needs major updates to fix these bugs and to upgrade the app
Garbage
Love the pizza, hate the app and website. It is very confounded and hard to navigate. Hire someone for real to get this fixed for you. You will be rewarded by efficient orders lowering labor costs and you will gain more customers. Listen, I moved away from Arlington for 25 years and came back expecting I would no longer love your pizza. I was wrong. It was just as good as I remember it. However, I also remember it was hard back in the day to order it because you couldn’t get somebody on the phone. That too has remained the same for 25 years. It’s time to make a change for the better. You’ve got the pizza down pretty well, fix the ordering!!
App Directs you to an Ad page from a Different URL
Downloaded the app today. Noticed the poor reviews but decided to see for myself. I opened the app and got a page advertising another vendor. Figured that must have been an error, I opened the app 3 more times. The ad still came up every time. Never got to a login page or menu. I deleted the app never to use again. Have never had this happen before.
