Once your MSUFCU Credit Card is enrolled in the MSUFCU CVVkey app, you're ready to start shopping online! When asked to enter the 3-digit "CVV2" code at checkout, instead of entering the code from the back of your card, you will use a randomly generated CVV2 code from the MSUFCU CVVKey App. This dynamic code changes throughout the day, which makes for a more secure online shopping experience.

Seems very secure

I’m a big fan of this functionality. I’ve had my card info be stolen and they couldn’t make any purchases on it, cause they didn’t have the correct CVV. (Still had to get the card replaced… just in case. So maybe didn’t save me any time in the long run, but did provide the satisfaction in knowing nobody got anything from it.)

Card type not supported

I get a card type not supported error when I enter my card info. Seems odd.

We are actively working on making this fraud prevention solution available on Debit Cards as well. In the meantime, we hope you are enjoying the protection on your MSUFCU Credit Cards.
