A simple app that tracks time. I needed a simple timer app to track my hours on client projects. What I wanted wasn't available so I built one. Run as many timers as you need, supports dark mode, custom background/text colors, custom alerts, lap timers, notes section, centralized Dashboard, file saving and more! mTimer comes in two versions, Lite and Pro. mTimer Lite is free and includes the following features: • Run and name multiple timers • Enable floating so timers appear above other applications • Allow Dock Badge to display number of running timers • Dashboard: View all timers in a streamlined interface • Start/Pause timers with the space bar • Touch Bar support mTimer Pro is an in-app purchase ($0.99 USD) and includes the following: • All mTimer Lite features • Save timers as mTimer documents in the Finder • Autosave timers when paused • Specify Appearance (Auto, Dark, Light) • Change a timer's background and text colors • Notes area for documenting client project details/history • External Notes window for larger and easier text entry • Countdown/Edit timer • Set default start time for Countdown Timers • Set default colors for new timers • User notifications when Countdown Timers reach zero • Change alert sound when Countdown Timers reach zero • Set Timer or Countdown as default when creating new timers • Timer and Countdown Timer both available in one interface • Supports up to 1000 hours (Timer and Countdown modes) • Lap Timer (tracks time between pauses) • Pomodoro Timer (tracks up to 90 minute intervals, good for taking breaks, prevent running over time) • Notes Document mode (view your timers as Notes documents)

What a great find! I'm a freelance editor. I wanted a timer that's quickly accessible and easy to stop and start. I wanted to be able to run multiple timers at once, and I wanted to be able to save them and come back to them and restart them later (because I'm often working on more than one job at a time). I wanted them to be easily named. I love it that these timers can be on top of my open windows, underneath them, or minimized, at my whim. Thanks!

Thanx for the great review, glad you’re enjoying the app! mTimer Tip... if you run into a situation where you need to adjust the elapsed time for some reason (ie. forgot to shut it off while away), you can pause the timer, switch to Countdown mode, change the elapsed time to what it should be, switch back to timer mode and press start to continue.

This is by far the best timer I've ever used! I typically work on multiple client projects at once, so being able to open up multiple timers on the side of my screen and then toggle between them all day is great. Any plans on making this available for windows as well?

This is a great app for people who bill by the hour to multiple clients. This is the only mac app that allows multiple timers at once that can be labaled. Great App! On a future update, would love to see a button that converts the time elapsed to the nearest tenth of an hour. For example, 8 minutes is a .2, 16 minutes is a .3, etc. etc. Thank you!
