This app is an extension of the Mountain Tactical Institute online training platform. Access all of your plans through the app interface. Make notes on your progress on each training plan and easily reference the notes later. Save your progress as you work through a training plan.

Great Workout Programming
MTI will get you ready for any physical challenge. Highly recommend them for whatever you are preparing to do. Giving the app 4 stars though because it needs just a little more functionality. Would be great if we could actually interact with the workout schedule directly, make notes in the plan. Would be great to have all the calculators built in as well. Last thing would be to have gifs of the exercises that could also be downloaded, no need to wait for a stream to load on gym wifi.
My thoughts
It’s a great app all around. I just wish that it had a spot for the community to post and it had a nutrition tab so it didn’t take you to the website every time. Other than the app is good.
Awesome programming, platform and team
Can’t believe it took me this long to find MTN. I’ve explored so many other programs and have just been wasting time. The programming on MTN is awesome and very time effective. My body is feeling good and not too burnt or beat up. Most importantly, I’m feeling more capable and prepared. The programming checks all the boxes and it’s the last one you’ll need 🙌🏼
