Got me back into something I love

This is a fantastic app. User friendly and there are tons of workout combos so you never get bored. It’s easy to work around any limitations or injuries by customizing the rounds. After recovering from abdominal surgery, it was difficult to ramp back up to 2-3 hour long intense workouts each week, but I was able to build up slowly with the workouts I could do at home with the app versus committing to a gym membership that required long sessions and travel after working a full day. I also have done Muay Thai/Krav Maga/B-jujitsu for over fifteen years, and even I benefitted from the videos to brush up on my form. I hope that being able to save your favorite workouts from the workout generator is coming in the future!

Great technical training and cardio workout

I broke my finger sparring at the gym and I kept making it worse when I’d go back to train so I decided to take a break. I missed training so I practiced shadow boxing but didn’t have real direction to follow like in this app. This app has allowed me to progress in my technique development while keeping my cardio up and allowing me to heal since the shadow boxing is low impact. Even when I get better and go back to sparring I’m going to continue to do a shadow boxing lesson with the app every morning I can. 10/10 highly recommend

Best Muay Thai app!

I knew the app with least reviews would be the best one. All the other guided workout apps just look pretty but heavily lack technique.

This is the best app for someone that actually wants to learn the art and not just lose weight. Thank you!
