How it works

Download the Mubert app, open it, and the original music stream made just for you is on. Don’t be confused by the simplicity of getting music using the app. Mubert has spent years on R&D of the music generation to create algorithms that make high-quality music streaming so simple and affordable for everyone worldwide.

Each music stream by Mubert is unique

Using an ever-expanding base of samples, Mubert makes sure that each listener could get his original high-quality music stream.
You can also make playlists, adding the streams to favorites, and train the algorithm with your ’likes’ and ’dislikes’ to get the most of personalized music generation.

Unlimited choice of music

Depending on your mood, music tastes, and activity, you can choose a stream in techno, chill, house, hip hop, ambient and dozens of other styles plus daily specials and other music ‘easter eggs’ from Mubert.
Put on Mubert and ask your friends, "who's playing?" – bet you'll hear lots of variants, but hardly anyone will say: "algorithms."

Mubert app is also designed for users who’d like to utilize music as a powerful tool to focus, boost performance doing sports, and vice versa to relax their body and mind for meditation, yoga, or a night of deep restorative sleep.

Immersive experiences / Immersive sound and visual experiences

And one more little thing

In that case, you can almost instantly generate, save and share a 1-minute track using / even with a free account on the Mubert app.
No royalties and headaches with music licensing. Just music / With Mubert app, you can freely listen, generate and share music.

Mubert: Favorites Functionality Issue

Mubert is one of those applications that just blown me away, I genuinely loved how it executed the concept of having a generative music radio station (especially how the minimalism actually pulls through here.)

However, there is one problem I am currently facing. Selecting a specific track within the "Faves" channel station shows only the name without playing the chosen music (and never does.) Also stopping me from selecting virtually any other channel. This is obviously fustrating, and I am hoping that there'll be a fix for this in future updates. Thank you for this service.

Love Mubert! One small issue...

As the title states, I love the Mubert app! It’s one of my favorite apps & I use it daily. The small issue I am experiencing though is in the favorites section of the app. I’ve made an account, signed in with my email, and when I select new daily, or experimental stations, to add to my favorites, it adds them, however, after you fill up the screen/page (about 10 stations) the newly added stations get added lower on the page but they cannot be accessed. There needs to be a way to scroll down to access these stations. Again, this is probably not a big issue for most, especially if they don’t sign in and make an account and then add stations. I’m sure someone else has encountered this, too...so hopefully there will soon be a fix for this. Otherwise, this app is great!

New updated version (December 23, 2020). Nope!!! It was better before this new updated version. They say they’ve added new, more music...yeah, if you want to buy/pay for it! Many of the channels that were free before this update you now have to buy/pay for! I see the beginning of the end here with an app that was one of my favorites. What else can I say? This just comes across as a pure greedy move by the developers. If they had added new music channels as pay options, cool. But to take away ones that were free all along and now charge you for them...get lost! My original 4 stars is down to 2 stars (unless Mubert realizes this and changes it back).

Passes the Turing Hearing Test (if one existed)

For what is being offered the experience is great. Dynamic noises and never any sloppy transitions through the music. I would be interested in the ability for Mubert to offer a more personalized experience for the user. This would require the model to more robust but I think would pay dividends along the line. For a more simple approach you could offer a Thumbs Up/Down to gain a users sentiment of the current track to offer more personalization. Future features like user uploaded .wav files of favorite music to add further personalization to the model would be neat.

This type of technology excites me so I just think of all the different types of applications that could be added in. This is among the first applications in a soon to come industry that has offered a great service. Keep it up!
