Munificence is expense management designed for organisations that handle other people's money. Whether you're a charity treasurer, a club committee member, or a small business owner, Munificence gives you structure and accountability without enterprise complexity.
This mobile app is the companion to the Munificence web platform (app.munificence.app), where administrators manage users, review expenses, run reports and handle billing.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Snap or upload a receipt
Take a photo with your phone or choose an image from your gallery.
2. AI extracts the details
The amount, date and description are read automatically from the receipt. Currency mismatches are flagged so nothing slips through.
3. Review and submit
Check the pre-filled fields, pick a category, and submit your expense. Your administrator is notified instantly.

Your organisation signs up at munificence.app. The free plan supports up to 10 users and 30 expense submissions per month. The Pro plan removes all limits.
No in-app purchases — subscriptions are managed by your organisation's administrator through the web platform.
