Muru has finally come to the call of medics who for too long had to scramble through clutters of unintuitive data to find critical guidance. The ability to not only call on those troves of information instantly but also have them then applied to the specific agency is a total game changer in a field that is longing for major advance. Very excited to see more progress from the Muru team going forward. Give the app a shot, it will take your ability to provide care to the next level. As a side note, I’ve had to reach out to the support staff on occasion and their customer service is speedy to respond and unsurpassed in their service. You will not be disappointed with Muru!!

This app has done wonders for some of my new EMTs and Paramedics. Definitely a game changer for EMS. Programming the app to be agency specific and also using gps to help direct you to the appropriate facility really make it the perfect back pocket tool for providers on all levels and in all types of environments. I believe this will be a great asset around the world. The Muru team keeps up to date on research and information that for some could take time to process and send out. Technology like this will benefit the pre hospital emergency medical service in all parts of the world. I love having this app in my back pocket. It’s helped me make a few critical decisions when I was working in unfamiliar areas.

I won’t lie, I was initially hesitant with the new app as I had grown accustomed to the apps I used previously. This app combined 2-3 different applications I was using throughout my shifts. The growing pains of switching were not bad as it is very user friendly. I had noticed an issue with contacting medical control at some pediatric emergency rooms and got a response extremely quickly asking clarifications and thanking me for pointing out the issue noted. Even after resolving the issue, I ended up learning even more just by chatting in the get help section. Definitely a fan going forward.

Ever since I was in EMT training our instructor pushed for everyone to download Muru. Since then it has been the most reliable service while practicing in NYS as an EMT-B. Very quick to search for medications, the dosages, infrequent protocols, and even the most common protocols that we use everyday. Their support system is top tier and one of the best. This team is showing constant improvement as they continuously push updates and changes to the app to better suite the needs of the field. Truly a job well done and I’ll recommend this app to every provider in NYS.
