Two types of instructional delivery are offered. Courses and Techniques; Courses are an organized collection of techniques with more detailed explanations and overview. Techniques are stand alone positions that can be searched on and added to playlists.

Mushin BJJ is on another level

Kevin and Brian have done such an amazing job on this app. The detail to all the techniques shown is impeccable. You could really tell that they are passionate about teaching and this app. Something that I really like is that the stuff that Kevin and Brian teach in this app are techniques that they actually perform in training and competition. A++++ for this app, no reason why you shouldn’t get it today, it’s free! 🔥🔥🔥

Best app to learn jujitsu

This is hands-down the best app I have ever had for learning new moves and polishing the ones that I already use. Everything is very well organized and is easy to find what you’re looking for

Easy to apply in real life!

This app is perfect for anyone to quickly learn BJJ . I’ve had it for a week and already got my very big brother that has trained boxing for years, screaming uncle for me to get off his neck! Thank you twins for the new content every month!
