I have been a customer of MVB since it took over the previous bank called First National’s. I have never had any problems with any of my accounts. Customer Serviceis great on line and in person at the main branch or the drive in areas.

I don’t like this app at all. my account is never up to date. Transactions will appear/ disappear, and my available balance is always thrown off. My bank account disconnects from other accounts for my bills and now has a hard time connecting to the bank server. I am really not a fan of this updated app. I never had these kind of issues with the old versions. I feel like it was easier to read and understand transactions as well.

This app is tolerable but falls well short of previous app in terms the ease of use, user friendliness, and overall presentation. Very disappointing that this is what was made available after a seemingly major system modification. Plus, how many times does a user need informed to select an account to view details? There should be options to turn such nuisance notifications off.

Like being able to immediately check a purchase. Very convenient
