Моят А1 е безплатно мобилно приложение за клиенти с устройства iOS (версия 13.0 или по-висока). Може да го използваш през мобилна мрежа и Wi-Fi през смартфон и таблет. Налично е за клиенти на А1 България на абонаментен, предплатен или бизнес план. Работи с автоматично разпознаване на мобилния номер, през който използваш приложението или чрез регистрация.
За да се възползваш от всички функционалности за управление и да имаш видимост и достъп до всички услуги, които използваш от А1, следва да се регистрираш с титулярен профил.
Погрижили сме се да осигурим достъп и на ползвателите на конкретна услуга, но с ограничени права за управление на същата.
В случай, че продължиш с инсталирането или обновяването на приложението се съгласяваш с Общите условия.

I highly recommend against using their service, I’ve lost 30 euros because their app is just so slow when it comes to updating account status, I activated one of the monthly options and it didn’t say I have it after 5 minutes of constantly refreshing the app so I chose the bottom option which basically only takes money how much you use and its not monthly, I thought this would finally refresh it and it did but it said I now have no money left, when I called the support they told me that I wasted all my internet which is not true and told me to make a ticket Now the process of making a ticket is a whole another story, the page is designed to have you spend 20 minutes figuring out how to make one so you just decide quitting on it, after I finally made a ticket I couldn’t find it anywhere after that so I never got my money backWaste of time and a scam, you’re better off using any other provider

Frustated A1 Bg Customer
I have paid for unlimited internet and tel. conversations until May of 2022 at Mall Veliko Turnovo A1 A1 location. For whatever reason the V.Turnovo representatives have not paid the monthly fee per our contract and I have been disconnected. In case of an emergency, I am not able to contact anyone. I think that this is a violation of the contract and my rights as a human being as well. I cannot call the local company or even *88 to ask about their reason for this horrendously discriminatory policy of A1. I will give A1Bg a 0- stars if I could!

A1 use classical misleading tactics to lure you into the contract. Once you sign, it the normal customer service is over.There is only paid line to talk to live person in case you see problem in your invoice.Most A 1 shops will not deal with any payment related issues and the waiting lines are long. You may visit them 10 times, but they would not help.The App does not show your active additional packages. If you activated one single use package e.g. internet then it automatically renewed. It is hard to stop as A1 systems set up to make it hard for customers to stop any additional services.Bottom line A1 Bulgaria run scum operations and should be avoided.
