Some suggestions
The offers could be better but they are still pretty good.
The custom “my plan” is pretty unrealistic, and they should automatically suggest a better package for custom plans a customer is choosing.
For eg. If someone wants to buy 100 minutes and 2 gb data for 30 days using the “My Plan” menu, the estimated price will surpass 250 bucks easily. Instead, when someone is trying to buy a wasteful package using “My Plan”, they should automatically suggest something like “Hey, you can choose a better combo offer of 150 mins and 3 gb data for 30 days for 150 bucks (for eg), would you like to buy this pack?”.
This way the user doesn’t feel like he’s being played a fool.

Theme is working properly
After updating the app recently, I was not able to see any text, especially the balance of my internet and minutes. The app automatically chooses dark mode as my phone was in dark mode. The issue regarding not being able to see any text is for the dark mode, but the main problem is that even if I turn off dark mode on my phone, the app keeps running in dark mode. The only solution I get is deleting the app and reinstalling it, and while logging in for the first time, I just need to turn off the dark mode from my phone settings. Kindly add the option the option to change the dark mode in the app settings.

Good App
It’s a good app which is convenient to use. But, I am facing some problems in this version but I don’t know why. I can’t see Internet or Minutes packages in the app. It’s only showing the amount of tk needed to buy the package. But, how much data I am buying is not shown. It’s really frustrating. I am bound to buy packages from-my plan part. Internet/voice/combo-in every stage I am facing the same problem. Its showing tk and points only. How can I buy a package without knowing its volume?
I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. But, nothing changed. I complained to the authority and they couldn’t find any fault from their server. So its the problem in this app.
I think you should update the app so that it recovers the bugs or faulty things. My device is iPhone X. And everything is in good condition in my mobile.
