au is a billion-dollar company, and they still don’t have any plan or will to offer their services in English, let alone translate their app’s UI. Again… a billion dollar company who is losing market share and is now 3rd in the telecoms space… I don’t know if they’re expecting things to magically change in their favor or if they just can’t find the talent to dig them out.
