Wisdom is Supreme ,

New update is bad

I hope you guys fix all the bugs on this update. I can’t view my balances because the the numbers and fonts are overlapping and the navigation isn’t as easy as it was before. Simple and straight forward always works .


Why fix what’s not broken

This app worked just fine prior to their updates. Why the updates don’t know? However what I do know is if you have more than one account it blocks you every time you go back and forth. The system will be “Down” and you have no access to your money. This is ridiculous... I’ve needed to transfer money twice and it was when I most needed it and could not access it. And Bank was closed. You can tell by how the app works the web designers aren’t the best at what they do. I’ve been banking here for over 20 yrs and just because of this I’ve come really close to going to another bank. Why FIX what’s not broken?????

Worst bank app ever

So many glitches and it’s constantly crashing or they shut it down for “maintenance”. I have never had a bank app with so many problems. Problems making transfers. Problems depositing checks through app. Won’t open often. Have had to call the bank numerous times to complain and make transactions because the app failed. The login is a nightmare and can’t use iPhone one touch to open. My other credit unions app is nearly flawless. Easy to use and loads fast.
