I love the game but the free pack always says free pack in 0:00 but it doesn’t give me my free pack I’ve even restarted my phone hoping that would work and tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but it didn’t work

Dear Tapps,This is the app I really liked it when I was young. I have 2 reasons about this. First, collecting stickers is great. I collect uncommon stickers from common packets and free packets, and rare stickers from uncommon packets. Second selling a bunch of duplicates can receive you new stickers. I sell 15 common stickers for an uncommon packet and 8 uncommon stickers for a rare packet. I completed the full album of My Monster Album. Other players need to know my review so they can't miss it!Best wishes,
