Why can’t you make it easier to add kids!
Can I tell you how EXTREMELY annoying this app process is for kids! I’m registered as the guardian and caregiver for my kids on all of Intermountain systems. Yet, my kids can’t be added to this app nor can I create a login for them. The only way to add dependents is by waiting on the phone for 2 hours, then be told there is a backlog and that someone will call me back shortly. No call back ever happens. You call again the next day for another 2 hour hold, told I would be called back again. We are on day 3 of waiting for a call back, and meanwhile trying to figure out if test results are negative or positive. GAH!
Oh and I asked if I can add all my kids at once so I wouldn’t have to go through this process each time. Guess you can ONLY add one child waiting for test results EACH TIME. Such a joke!!

Hello - We appreciate your feedback. We implemented the digital verification process to accommodate social distancing recommendations (previously it required an in-person office visit to prove identity for minor account access). As our Utah COVID-19 cases have surged we've experienced a greater demand for that service than we anticipated--overloading planned capacity for service. Feedback like yours has illustrated that we need to rethink how we're approving new minor account access to be sure we can help everyone who needs help. We are actively having that conversation. Thank you again for helping us see that this needs to be improved.
Don’t use for covid results! I updated my app to watch for a covid result for my daughter. I kept getting an error each time I tried to load the results, for 4 days!! A coworker suggested to look at myhealth online, and her results were there! I am so frustrated that I have spent the last 4 days looking for test results that never would show up! What a waste of time, unneeded stress/anxiety and lost sleep, let alone work hours I lost waiting. Very disappointed in this newer version of the app.

Hi there - Thank you for reaching out. We've generally recommend the MyHealth+ app for COVID-19 test results because it has an electronic self-registration option that our MyHealth system doesn't have. But...we've been disheartened to hear of some parents having issues getting results for their children. We've been working around the clock on fixing the bug responsible for that. We think it will be released later this week. Can you send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can communicate with you directly when we release that patch?
