When I first downloaded the app to my iPhone8 I was not able to login. I was a little worried, because I had already deleted the old app. It was night time, so I texted tech support using the number provided and went to bed. The following morning, I received a reply with instructions and an activation key. That did the trick! The new app has a good look and feel. I can’t wait to go to the gym and find out if it logs my workouts correctly and is still linked to my benefits program.
Update: I am able to track workouts with apps on my watch and phone, so there is no need to have that feature in the Vasa app.

We do want to let you know that currently we don't have workout tracking or rewards in the app. But we are currently hard at work on a new and improved rewards program in development and that update will be going live in the app in the next couple months. We hope you stay tuned for the updates! :)
Says I don’t have an account
I tried to login to the new app but it says that the email I’m using doesn’t have an account connected to it. I went back into the old app and sure enough under my account info there was the email address I was using to try to login to the new app. So do I have an account or no...?
This isn’t my first bad experience with VASA’s account system. Last year I was trying to figure out how to reactivate my account but there was no information on the website or app about how to do that. The system didn’t recognize that the email I was using already had an account attached to it so it ended up letting me make a second account with the EXACT SAME EMAIL. That also somehow reactivated my old account without letting me know, and I ended up getting charged twice the next month as a result. VASA please fix these problems, I’m sure I’m not the first person to have them. It makes you look very unprofessional.

Hi Kelpy, so sorry to hear about your account issues! We want to get this fixed for you right away. You will need a new account to use the new mobile app. The old app and the new one are on different systems. You should have received an email from VASA with instructions and an activation code. The app uses a gympayment.com account if you have created one before. If you are still having difficulty, could you please text our mobile support line at (801) 845-0545? We also have account creation instructions on this page: https://vasafitness.com/mobile/ . We want to resolve any issues you are having as soon as possible so we can get you squared away in the app! :)
Ridiculously flawed app
I have downloaded this app and set up accounts for both myself and my husband. We normally share the same email but I had to set up separate emails for each of us. After downloading and setting up the app, the next time we attempted to log in to reserve an hour for work out per COVID, neither of us were able to access the app. After failed attempts we contacted support followed instructions which failed so we actually went to VASA and had a staff member help us to set up the apps once again. The very next time we attempted to enter the app it would not recognize emails/passwords. Contacted support and was given new registration keys for each of us. I entered, reset password then went to log in and again it would not recognize. I am sick of farting around with this app. If we get turned away because we haven’t reserved a time slot next time we go to VASA we will drop the membership.
