The app is a great way to track my daily calories and nutrition. When combined with the guidance of a RD and a group of other friends I have lost over 30 pounds and reduced my glucose, cholesterol, and triglycerides. The work of logging my food is insignificant compared to the gains of knowledge and how it has changed my body
The app is ok but it’s ideas of good nutrition are pretty outdated. You basically tank your score if you have any saturated fat and it loves tofu but not chicken. I mean what is this? The 90’s? I am yet to loose any weight with this and it’s been months and months even working with their nutritionist.

Just by paying attention to my Index each day, I was able to improve my overall nutrition. Unlike some apps that only track calories, Good Measures looks at 30 nutrients and helps you make better food choices to meet your unique nutrition needs. This app has great support too--the Good Measures dietitians have helped me personalize my nutrient goals so I could meet my training goals. And if I couldn't find a food, I just asked and they added it right away. I thought I had good eating habits before, but I've definitely changed them for the better.
