Not intuitive, No Support, No troubleshooting

No tech support line... I would have given the app one star, except it locks and unlocks my door beautifully. Unfortunately, the app is either designed so poorly or is so riddled with bugs, I cannot share an eKey with my wife. The app keeps telling me “Invalid User Name” - but there isn’t an opportunity to enter a User name. The instructions which come with the lock are almost incomprehensible, and there are NO prompts in the app. The reason I wanted a Bluetooth lock was so I could share eKeys with people using our weekend home. I don’t know what I’m going to do now.

Recent Update Made App Useless

The app worked great until it updated this week, to allow “gateway support.” We now aren’t able to connect to our lock through the app at all. I’m forced to try to re-pair my lock and phone, but I apparently can’t do that until I delete the lock from my phone first... which I can’t do because it’s not showing up.
This is unacceptable, because we rely on this app to get into our house. We have plans this week to go and purchase a lock from a more reliable brand. We can’t afford to not know if we will be able to get into our house or not on any given day, and the whole purpose of getting this lock was so we didn’t have to deal with house keys.

Love this lock, hate the app

Someone else wrote a review that was perfect. The lock is awesome, and I really like it, but the app and customer support are garbage.
They did an update yesterday and I got locked out of my own house. The physical key provided never worked, but luckily I have a passcode that let me in.
My app still doesn’t work, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Please update your app to fix this issue; I saw another review who had the same problem so I know it’s not just me.
Listen to the people. Have customer support and FIX YOUR APP!!! I can’t return the lock since it’s been over a month
