Not ready for prime-time
The current version (v 9.1.5 as of this writing) falls somewhere between “unfinished” and “dumpster fire” depending on how charitable you want to be.
While the efforts to update the interface are laudable, all releases since the interface change have been slow, buggy and in some places broken.
For example, the section for adding pre-paid data plans effectively punts you to a website with no obvious way to return to the app and lower cost plans, still available in older versions of the app and short-codes, are not offered.
I also doesn’t look like they have fixed a longstanding, seemingly deliberate omission, of being able to manage auto-renewals for pre-paid plans from within the app.
Self-care directly on the web still uses the ‘classic’ interface so that is what I now use on my phone. I think they should revert to the previous incarnation until this is much further along in development.
Please provide iPhone X support. Why are usage alerts showing on my home screen within the app when I am nowhere near my limits? Maybe we can get some in app chat support? That would be great. Step up your game Flow and get with the

One star added for the new update. Nice to see the app was updated from 7.1.1 one year ago to 9.1.3 in May 2022 with a fresher and cleaner look. I am also amazed to see that the updates have been coming in fast and furious instead of waiting months at a time for updates. With the new overhaul, please fix the following: 1) the app is still laggy from time to time when moving between screens. 2) Fix the error message when trying to pay in advance on a bill that has a credit balance. You can’t even get to the payment screen 3) Fix the error message when trying to top up another user’s phone. 4) Perhaps add support for the Apple Watch where notifications alert you when your bills will become due? This would be nice.
I am encouraged with a grain of salt to see what improvements will be made in the future to this app.
Better you had left the old app alone!
This new app is HORRIBLE! Cannot view or pay the landline or internet bill. The app is buggy and crashes all the time. I’ve been using it for years but I’m going to delete it because of this stupid update. The whole point of an app is to make life easier and this is too frustrating.
