Mitsubishi Connect is an innovative platform of services available exclusively on the Eclipse Cross that provide vehicle owners with a safe, secure and convenient driving experience. The My Mitsubishi Connect Mobile Application allows users to register and access the Mitsubishi Connect services. This includes the ability to request remote commands to your vehicle such as remote door lock/unlock, climate control, horn, lights, vehicle settings, car finder, and parental controls. The mobile app also allows users to manage their account settings and notifications, as well as to contact Customer Care for inquiries on the Mitsubishi Connect Safeguard and Remote Service Packages.

Love it but hate it...

I feel like this app is a really great concept. The only downfalls are it is so slow and doesn’t always work. Only about half the time it will allow me to start my car and the rest of the time it says the server was experiencing technical difficulties. I always have service when I use the app but it just doesn’t like to work the way it should. I live in upstate NY so I definitely rely on this to start my car in the winter. I just wish it would work 100% of the time!

When cellular network coverage is poor or the pre-conditions are not met, remote climate control may not function properly. Fix your app

Stop Blaming Cellular network and everything else. Take responsibility and invest properly in an App that works if you advertise this when selling your cars. Clearly it’s not running right you have horrible reviews. I bought the most expensive version of the cross that you guys had. I love everything about it except this app. But it takes me 3 minutes of staring at my iPhone to start my car on a cold morning. And 40% of the time I can’t even log in. It never remembers my password. I have to reset the same password all the time. It’s like rolling the dice if I actually start the car or not. And honestly I wouldn’t care at all if you would have a remote starter on your key fob. Which I figured would be the case paying as much as I did for this car. My only choice to remote start my car every morning when it’s freezing is too get stressed out and get a headache and resent your company more and more. I’ve had this car since March and been using the app and NOTHING has been fixed or altered on the app. I called your company and asked if they’d install a remote starter and they refused. It’s a small detail of the car. I love everything about it. But this is seriously deterring me from ever buying Mitsubishi again and this is my third one.

Zero stars !!

Not for the app itself. The app is fine. Zero stars for the customer service! When I purchased my vehicle at Bell Mitsubishi I was told that this app came with the vehicle purchase free for 2 years! Mitsubishi jipped me out of a year and a half worth of free service that I was promised when I purchased the vehicle!! And then when I called customer service I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. I’m so upset and disgusted with the way Mitsubishi treats their customers!!!Just shows you that you’re just told good things just so they can make a sale! Extremely unhappy considering I have been a loyal Mitsubishi customer and have purchased not only multiple vehicles from you guys but have also recommended Mitsubishi to friends!! I’d love for someone to call me so we can get this rectified! I’d hate to leave the Mitsubishi family because of something like this !
