Mitsubishi Connect is an innovative platform of services that provide vehicle owners with a safe, secure, and convenient driving experience. The My Mitsubishi Connect Mobile Application allows users to register and access the Mitsubishi Connect services. This includes the ability to request remote commands to your vehicle such as remote start, door lock/unlock, horn, lights, schedule dealer services, car finder, and parental controls. The mobile app also allows users to manage their account settings and notifications, as well as to contact Customer Care for inquiries on the Mitsubishi Connect Safeguard and Remote Service Packages.

Terrible (zero stars)
I been using the app with the free subscription for a while year. It was perfect no issues, I loved it! The subscription expired so I decided the money was worth it to keep this feature. So 2 days ago I paid to renew my subscription for the past two days this app hasn’t worked one time. I tried every feature on the app, car finder, remote start, unlock/lock, and lights everything has failed. I have about 40 notifications of it failing from different location, wifi on, wifi turned off, inside the car literally doesn’t matter it doesn’t work! At this rate I’m going to be looking into a refund, why pay for a service that doesn’t! I haven’t used this app one time since I purchased it, with over 40 attempts!
Fix your app
Stop Blaming Cellular network and everything else. Take responsibility and invest properly in an App that works if you advertise this when selling your cars. Clearly it’s not running right you have horrible reviews. I bought the most expensive version of the cross that you guys had. I love everything about it except this app. But it takes me 3 minutes of staring at my iPhone to start my car on a cold morning. And 40% of the time I can’t even log in. It never remembers my password. I have to reset the same password all the time. It’s like rolling the dice if I actually start the car or not. And honestly I wouldn’t care at all if you would have a remote starter on your key fob. Which I figured would be the case paying as much as I did for this car. My only choice to remote start my car every morning when it’s freezing is too get stressed out and get a headache and resent your company more and more. I’ve had this car since March and been using the app and NOTHING has been fixed or altered on the app. I called your company and asked if they’d install a remote starter and they refused. It’s a small detail of the car. I love everything about it. But this is seriously deterring me from ever buying Mitsubishi again and this is my third one.

Convenient but slow and fails sometimes.
I love the app because it’s so convenient and I can supposedly use it from anywhere. However, the app takes a while to load up and also takes a while to complete the requests. Sometimes the requests fail and you have to do try again. I have had a couple of times where it will not work at all and I have to do it manually (starting the car, setting temperature) which is inconvenient.
