Instructions vague, steps overly complicated but it DOES work if you jump through all the hoops

Like the title says. I think many people are probably having the same problem I had: I loaded it onto my Apple wallet but it didn’t work. After a whole lot of back and forth between my emails, the app, and my browser I figured out that I had skipped the “make an account/ setup” step on the Prepaid browser site. Also, I would set up my password, verify my info through email, but then still had to verify myself yet again when signing back in and setting up my virtual card.
But, once you get through all that you can view your virtual card and all the info will appear as opposed to just the last 4 numbers, which I had previously gotten. Whew! I worked hard for that free $30 🙄

If I Could Upload A Picture I’d Show You

Well I read all the reviews and the ones that say it doesn’t work are correct. I added it to the wallet and it is a blank card in my wallet but I am going to the store now to see if it still works AND I took a picture of the card before I added it to my wallet. The customer service number is on the top left side of the card so I have all the info I need to use it online. Anyhow if I can still use the blank card in my wallet then I will update this review. Update: apparently it does work! So the blank card in your wallet just shows the last 4 digits of the card for security reasons but I just tried it out at the store and it worked just fine. Still you would need to keep a snapshot handy of the card number when you need to use it for online purchases. So yes put it in your wallet, it takes 2 minutes to download and if the card shows up blank don’t worry it will work. Changing my review from 1 to 5.

2nd Unusable Card and Pointless App…

I’ve received 2 cards now from my job (I believe purchased via Achievers) that I cannot use. I’ve followed all of the steps yet neither card will add to my Apple Wallet. I’ve tried manually entering the info but I get “contact card issuer” and I’ve tried logging in online with my iPhone and choosing “add to wallet” which opens this app (MyPrepaid) but I still get the same error or “unable to retrieve your card info”.
I can’t even use it on a website that is claimed to accept these types of cards (AutoZone) because it says there’s an error with the card information…

Now, I just spent $3 off one of the cards to have a real card mailed to me in the next 2 weeks but based on all of the above… I’m not holding my breath..
