Description
My SOAP Journal helps by making the Bible journaling process a bit easier. It functions as a central database to record your SOAP journals and making it easy to access on multiple devices. No more looking for pieces of paper or trying to filter through notes/emails etc. to find a specific journal entry.
The Bible is hard to read for many people for many reasons – its length, strange vocabulary, confusing stories. In spite of that, the Bible is a beautifully designed book. It is a unified story that leads to Jesus and has profound wisdom for us in this modern world. God loves to speak to people through his word – sometimes with jaw-dropping revelations and other times simple reminders of His love for us. You’ll soon find that once you make simple bible journaling a habit, it will become an integral part of your relationship with God!
What is SOAP?
Soap is a very easy helpful tool to make reading and meditating on the Word of God a lot simpler.
SOAP stands for:
S = Scripture (Read a passage of scripture)
O = Observation (Note if anything in this passage speaks to your heart and what it may have meant for the original audience)
A = Application (What do you believe this means for you and how will you apply this to your life)
P = Prayer (Write out a simple prayer asking God to help you apply it to your life)

Named entries
Good app, but I wish there was some way to name the entries. I’ve journaled first years and it helps to label them (“fear”, “trust”, etc) so when I look back over them I can search for one that speaks to where I am in life. Sort of like writing my own devotional. Hard to do when they are only listed by verse reference.

The next version which should be available soon will allow you to add labels/tags to each journal entry and allow searching for these labels/tags.
We hope this will make using the app a better fit for your needs and make finding journal entries a little easier.

Potential!!
There are only a few SOAP apps out there. This could be the best!
If you could create it so the reader could enter a range of chapters, you’d be golden. For example, my reading plan has me reading Ruth 1-4.

Password
I really wish there were someone to help me get my password reset. It says that it’s the wrong password so I did a password reset but I’ve never received the email to reset the password
