Had issues the first time downloading the app
At the beginning I couldn’t open the app as it would launch and only show a white screen - I deleted and reinstalled twice and then it worked!

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you had trouble logging in. Have you already tried deleting and re-downloading the app? If so, we ask that you also try logging in through the website to verify that your login is working. Otherwise, we would be happy if there were an opportunity to upload screenshots or screen recordings via the Sunrise Community under "MySunrise"; https://community.sunrise.ch/t/mysunrise-upc-app Thank you for your cooperation!
