Support is not useful
I reported an issue that when I typed in my address that my input is not visible, since it seems the text color used is white on white box. the response I got was that is not an APP issue and they don’t handle city issues. I would think I know the difference. Why bother allowing user to provide feedback since they failed to test it.
Tickets are being closed without mentioning any details.
My requests are closed without fixing anything. I called city got to know they working on it. And app mark it closed as its assigned to a person.
Person I talked to was also complaining that lot of people are calling him for the same problem.
Unable to create an account.
I’m trying to create an account, but I am not able to see any of the text entered on the form fields!
