Why am I having to do a new password about once or twice a week? I’m using Face ID and have since December. This has been going on for about 3 weeks and it’s extremely frustrating. I have messaged and I have called IT and gotten no where.

Just got this app and signed up to deposit checks electronically and I’ve been at it for about an hour and still rejects it. It’s the most frustrating process. I give up. Please fix this. I have this feature with other banks and it’s not this difficult!
