Through this fast, user-friendly app, view usage and billing, manage payments, notify customer service of account and service issues, report and receive outage-related notifications, and receive special messaging from DEMCO. Additional Features: Bill & Pay -Quickly view your current account balance and due date, manage recurring payments and modify payment methods. You can also view bill history including PDF versions of paper bills directly on your mobile device. My Usage -View energy use graphs to identify high usage trends. Navigate graphs quickly using an intuitive gesture-based interface. Contact Us -Easily contact DEMCO. News -Provides a convenient way to monitor news that may affect your service such as rate changes, outage information and upcoming events. Outage Map -Displays service interruption and outage information. Maps -Displays facility and payment dropbox locations on a map interface.

New app has bugs

Tried to pay my bill in the new app. First I tried to set up auto pay. Easy, right. Nope wouldn’t let me enter the last field-CVV #. So I clicked Pay bill. Entered info. It was accepted and said it be active next billing cycle. Cancelled both attempts. And called on phone to pay. The prompt say click 2 for billing but transferred me to power outages( prompt 1). Started over 3 times, Nope! Somehow 2 went 1. Called back 5th time to talk to someone, prompt 5. Due to power outage they couldn’t take my call, call back later. This app is messed up. I wrote training and taught SAP for the state, I’m a competent user. This app needs work.

App is fine

The app itself is fine as long as you know how to use it. They sent out letters with new account numbers and how to set it up. Only problem I had with it was that I had no idea about the account number change or new app until I checked my mailbox just recently to find that I was late on my July payment and had to set this whole new app up after finding my regular app not working. I do appreciate the refreshed UI inside the app though. It makes it look a tad fresher. I imagine there are a lot of people who are just confused about it

Account access

I was forced to switch to this newer app (the old one was just called DEMCO and not MyDEMCO) and all i get is the “communication error” message when trying to access my account. The recovery page asks for my account number ( who onows that???) instead of address and i only access my account using digital internet or app and dont know my account number!! After waiting for a paper bill to get that account number..the new app still wont let me login to access my account and only gives me the error message “try again.” DEMCO obviously doesnt monitor the app or app reviews to know it doesnt work.
