Along with that, they can also book their appointment with their PCP or specialist using the mobile app and keep track of the schedule. it also provides the facility to reschedule the appointment at their fingertips. Users can also view the nearest facilities and contact their providers for consultation.

Ok it works again
You still can’t book appointments through the app, or see most of your test results. You can see your upcoming appointments and that’s about the extent of this apps usefulness
TERRIBLE
The app has been down for the longest. Can’t properly know when my appointments are scheduled
Can't update cellphone number
It has been one year since I can't get into my account because the number where I used to receive the code, I don't have access any more. I contacted customer service and sent many emails, but no one contacted me 😡😡😡😡
