App shuts down

This app has been great but it has been shutting down whenever I try to open it. I think it has something to do with the most recent update.

Following up to see if your issue was resolved. I have received email from couple of other users who experienced similar issues. The issue was resolved for them after deleting the app and downloading it again from app store. It seems like the auto update of the app for some users had some issues. Can you please try to delete the app and download it again. Please note, no data will be lost if you use the same user id and password. Please provide us your feedback once you try. Doesn’t track by week/Can’t delete account

I downloaded this app because it was recommended by the American Pregnancy Association. They app doesn’t have an interface that automatically falls on the week of your pregnancy and when trying to view the week, you have frequent pop up videos. Also, there is no way to delete your account. I attempted to contact them via the email address provided in their legal information section to have my account permanently deleted and I received an undeliverable message. I am very disappointed with this app, especially for providing an incorrect email address, and with the American Pregnancy Association for recommending something that isn’t useful as other similar apps. It shouldn’t be this hard to have my account permanently deleted.

We are extremely sorry about the issue. We are a HIPAA compliant app and follow all regulatory and compliance standards. We were triaging to understand why the email was bouncing. That is when we realized that the website had a typo in the email and it was ComplianceAndPrivacy@Fetallfe and was missing a 'i' in the spelling of FetalLife.com. The correct email is ComplianceAndPrivacy@FetalLife.com. We now have the website fixed and resolved the typo of the email. Sorry again. Needs to Be Up Front About Price

I wanted to use this app because it seems really handy. But it asks for way too much info - why do you need my first and last names or my phone number?? Furthermore I’m expected to accept all the terms and conditions before I even know how much this app is going to cost me, which from what I can tell from an internet search is a $9.99/month subscription. Correct me if I’m wrong about that, but how am I supposed to know when there’s no way to tell until I’ve given ALL my info? Maybe price and privacy don’t matter to everyone, but they matter to me. No thanks.
