New to the app

This app was suggested through a support group for Gastroparesis and Dysmotility. So far, the app is good at tracking symptoms. While I understand not every GI issue or disease can be included, it would be great and exciting to see this app provide information and supports for things like Crohn’s Disease, Gastroparesis, and Intestinal Dysmotility...there are only 13 conditions listed in “Diseases” tab.

Generic library info and dystopian background music in videos

I haven’t yet signed up for an account, but the information in the library seems pretty generic (although I did learn a few new things). My biggest issue so far is that the background music in the videos makes them seem as if they were made by a dystopian society. If I decide to create an account, then I’ll update this review.

My GI recommended this app but when I tried signing up for an account on my phone, it failed repeatedly to accept my password with no explanation as to why it was rejected. Then I went to their website and that’s when it started saying my email was already taken.

I tried clicking “Forgot Password?” for a password reset and I get nothing. I’ve emailed their tech support 3 times and I haven’t received any replies in over a week! Do they even give a crap? If they read this, start supporting your product!
