This app and all of its content design, user friendly, and attention to details is enough to give the app 4 stars but I gave it 5 because it’s not just a pretty app the services and after service care that they provide is way above anything I have seen in Kuwait. They have raised the bar of service standards to a point where I am spreading the word. I tab the hat to the owners and creators who are always developing this app and it’s services. This app is a no brainer
This app is a no brainer if you don’t have it yet. I used it several times for AC maintenance, plumbing issues, iPhone repair and more, and was always left satisfied with the job done. The app has a seamless user experience from putting in your order to the final payment for the service (definitely beats looking for service providers on classifieds ads!). Service providers were professional and always arrived on time. Prices are reasonable for the level of service provided. This app is a definite must have (5 stars +++)
Extremely convenient
My AC wasn’t working in the middle of summer. I woke up and booked an appointment for assessment and they arrived before the afternoon. They did the assessment and fixed the AC within less than 15 minutes and my AC was working fine after that. Very satisfied with the service and will use again.
