I contacted the Maryland Lottery as instructed by a slots manager and the customer service rep suggested I had a gambling problem instead of explaining why the “bonus game” paid $0. I went to the other Baltimore casino before coming to Live and they were so rude to me and I immediately left. We came to Live later that day and when we walked in the door the atmosphere was different. I felt welcome and they were glad I was there. I didn’t feel as though I was wasting their time or the were in a hurry to get rid of me to get to the next person. Casino is clean and well laid out. Great rewards program. I never go to any other casino while I’m in Baltimore.
