I signed up using the old app when I lived in Greensburg and had a good time and won on sign-up promotions. Moved to the new app and maxed the 50% match offer which after playing that through I was up $20. Not great but ok with it. Tried to cash out and have been unable to add my bank or debit card information. Have tried to message support through the app and it just spins and does not load. Have sent 2 emails over the past few days along with attempting to call to resolve this issue and have not heard back. Want to make things right and cash out but currently I would not recommend this app and company. Hope this changes and look forward to hearing from PlayLive.

A 10X playthrough on bonuses is RIDICULOUS. It’s the WORST in the whole INDUSTRY. Shady gambling sites online have better wagering requirements than that. I create an account because it says I will receive 25 free spins just for doing so. It gave me the free spins which I end up winning almost 20 dollars from. So now I have to meet the wagering requirements before being able to cash out, no problem I understand that. So by the time I met the requirements I won 50 dollars. I try to withdrawal the money but it won’t let me because it says that I have to make a first time deposit before being able to withdraw which I’ve had to do on other casino apps and it was fine. So I deposit 15 dollars with my debit card and then try to withdraw again but now it tells me that you can not withdraw to debit cards that you either have to go to their casino to get the money which is far from me and the withdraw amount has to be at least 100 dollars or they can send you a check. I have used many casino apps and never experienced anything like this. They are thieves. You had no problem taking money right from my debit card but couldn’t deposit a withdraw to it. Which should have been stated when you go to make the deposit. Definitely recommend staying away from this app
