I signed up using the old app when I lived in Greensburg and had a good time and won on sign-up promotions. Moved to the new app and maxed the 50% match offer which after playing that through I was up $20. Not great but ok with it. Tried to cash out and have been unable to add my bank or debit card information. Have tried to message support through the app and it just spins and does not load. Have sent 2 emails over the past few days along with attempting to call to resolve this issue and have not heard back. Want to make things right and cash out but currently I would not recommend this app and company. Hope this changes and look forward to hearing from PlayLive.

I create an account because it says I will receive 25 free spins just for doing so. It gave me the free spins which I end up winning almost 20 dollars from. So now I have to meet the wagering requirements before being able to cash out, no problem I understand that. So by the time I met the requirements I won 50 dollars. I try to withdrawal the money but it won’t let me because it says that I have to make a first time deposit before being able to withdraw which I’ve had to do on other casino apps and it was fine. So I deposit 15 dollars with my debit card and then try to withdraw again but now it tells me that you can not withdraw to debit cards that you either have to go to their casino to get the money which is far from me and the withdraw amount has to be at least 100 dollars or they can send you a check. I have used many casino apps and never experienced anything like this. They are thieves. You had no problem taking money right from my debit card but couldn’t deposit a withdraw to it. Which should have been stated when you go to make the deposit. Definitely recommend staying away from this app

Honestly this online Casino isn’t really that bad. It is hit or miss whether you get a big payout or not, but that is the ultimate reality of gambling. I have noticed that on this particular platform, the general payouts are somewhat smaller than on other competitors sites, but overall I have done quite well on a few occasions on PlayLive! Now, I will say, and it may be my residence, but I have this problem in most places I go, after the last update, there are some games that will NOT load at all. I get error message after error message. There are days I am lucky if the app it self will even load . Also, the app itself is so very slow now. It takes like forever and then some of the games lag and glitch and it is really very frustrating. So, overall, I would have to say half and half. Believe the reviews, and stay away from this catastrophe of an app. First of all, winnings are the lowest I’ve seen on any online casino. You will go through hundreds or thousands to win a few spins, it’s like playing against a brick wall. Next, you can’t withdrawal to an account unless you contact their horrible customer support, which takes a few days, unless you want to go and withdraw at the casino itself. Oh and WAIT, during the withdrawal it says 24-48 hours for approval, only to receive the confirmation email stating 3-5 business days for approval. The worst thing you can do to yourself is play on this online casino, like one other review said, just turn off your phone and watch Netflix. I would give it 0 stars if I could pay to do so.
