I love this game I really won a big amount of money the first 4 days I play I feel like I am at a real casino but a fue things I can deposit money from what ever card I what but only had a problem wen I wen to withdraw my second big win so I just spent it back but I keep playing..and also is been like a week now no new challenges so I hope y’all fix that and one last thing like come on I spent a lot of money I hit more in a real casino and so easy to get ur money in a real casino I don’t no yes I will keep playing just not spending so much cash no more because I only one big to times but only was able to take out my diet big winnings but not my second it was so hard I just used it and put back but after all is a good app

Finding a reliable casino app can be tough. Any review that mentions losing money as a reason to rate low should not be trusted. Losing is a risk we take when we play the game. With that being said, this app is perfect. I only play the live dealer games and they seem to have every single game. The app is simple and easy to navigate. Customer service was very responsive and I’ve never been through a verification process in under 24 hours.. on a weekend. This is the primary reason for me giving 5 stars. I submitted a withdrawal request at 2PM. I got the verification email at 4PM. Sent my documents immediately and got the deposit notification at 11PM on that same day. They seem to operate more efficiently than many of the other casinos out there.
My only drawback, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, they enforce responsible gaming on you. There are deposit limits that are set. These could vary, but mine seem to be $1k a day.
Another FYI, read the terms and conditions of those deposit matches. If it is not 1x play through on all games, don’t take the offer. You will never play through enough to make the offer worth considering.

So confusing

SCAM !The bonus promo is just ridiculous. It’s complicated and basically tricks you into signing up. I tried to contact the support chat and they said wait 8 minutes to look into account. Well my phone doesn’t just B leave a screen open for 8 minutes. That was no help. Everything about this is confusing. I use other sites which are much easier. I’m just trying to play through what I paid for and my “ free spins” because the promised $10 a day is not just $10 a day you have to play real money not just a $1 and get $100. Not just a dollar and get your $10 a day . You get the $10 by earning points and that means spending more of your owns money. I say look at other sites like golden nugget , FanDuel, bet rivers , Cesar’s palace they have much better bonuses that they really give you. Don’t waste your time, I’m sorry I did.

Update it’s even WORSE when you try to tell them you never got your money bonus they say you did. Every time I went to instant bonus it said 0 and I never received the $10. It’s honestly a SCAM! They were supposed to send me an email of my play so I could see this So called bonus , no email. The chat times out. And they can’t produce what they say I did. I only used the free spins and the money I put in! NO ONE a will help. I’m so upset bc they LIE and I hate LIARS . I have tried to chat so many times and they are no help.
