Had to give 4 stars just so they post my review WOW. I been using this app for 2 months now. And I started noticing when ever I log off. Then log back in when I want to play my balance would keep dropping. First it was short like $20 to $30. 4 days ago I was winning like crazy. When I logged off my balance was $315 so I took a screenshot just to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. Now when I just logged back on my balance is $116. There’s no way to communicate with someone on the phone so I had to communicate through chat. The person that was suppose to help me was very rude and unprofessional. They tried to tell me I played all my money. And was being very rude. So I told them this app is a scam and who ever this is your being very rude and unprofessional. THEY CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND KEPT THE $116 THAT WAS LEFT ON MY BALANCE. When I try to log back in I CANT. I won’t recommend this app to anybody. But if yall do want to check it out. Please be careful using this app and make sure y’all watch y’all winning and balance before you log off.
This site is horrible
I have done absolutely nothing wrong. Did not break one rule . But I’m banned from this casino because of “who I associate with”. That has got to be the most unreal thing I have ever heard I’m highly upset right now and plan to go to whatever lengths necessary to get this place shut down I’m considering hiring an attorney. I am definitely contacting the bbb and the attorney general I understand there has to be rules and they need followed but to ban someone because of their associations is going to far like I wouldn’t play in this casino now if they handed me the money to do it I saved the chat and it was sent to me in an email as well ignorant nasty excuse for a business
Beware rigged deposit bonuses
Don’t fall for their misleading deposit bonus scams. Anytime you receive a “bonus” from them, only accept the bonus if it does not require you to deposit funds. If you do deposit, they take your money and attach it to their rigged casino forcing you to bet 400x your deposit before you’ll ever see your deposited funds. This is of course impossible to complete so they are just stealing your deposit. This is how low this pathetic company has sunk. Also beware their tier one loser agent Joyce, who is extremely incompetent and unprofessional.
