UPDATE LA TLOL BANYAK BUG. GAK BISA DIPAKE
Good, until….
This app was ok, until I paid for an internet packet, and now after 3 days I still haven’t gotten any internet.
Their costumer service AI bot, Veronica, is useless. I don’t know why they waste their time with this crap. Does “Veronica” actually make anyone think they’re being helped?
Also, they waste time on constantly updating “promos” and other useless advertisements. Do you think we’re stupid? Just give us the price and give us internet. Your fancy graphics and promos do not help anyone.
App is crashing all the time and it doesn’t work
Every time I open the app, it’ll always crash and log me out of my account. And when I try to log in back it’ll be so hard to connect my account. It took almost hours to just get the app working. On the top of that the internet is super slow
