Pay for parking in Calgary with a ParkPlus account. Residential Parking Permit users can also manage their visitor parking sessions.
Save time and money by paying for parking with your ParkPlus account on-street in Calgary or in any Calgary Parking Authority managed facility.

Your app should always default to the main license plate not a friends plate.
Haven’t been able to sign in for over six months
I see others have this problem so I wish that you would address this because it is absolutely frustrating to have money in an account that I cannot use because it’s impossible to sign in. Every time I open the app it just gets locked on the opening screen with a spinning wheel trying to sign in. I have updated the app, I have attempted to download and restart the app and nothing is making it better. Why offer the service if you’re not going to take care of it for your customers?

Hello, we're sorry you're having trouble. We have recently encountered cases where it seems that iPhone is using an old password that is saved in your phone, even when the password is already changed or reset to default password. Please delete the saved password in your phone and enter the correct password. If you still are experiencing issues, please call our team at 1-403-537-7000 and they will be happy to help you.
Terrible app
Dec 2022, iPhone 11 — A year ago I added $25 to my account, looking forward to being able to pay for parking quickly and easily, and am pretty sure I have not been able to use the app successfully even once. Every time I want to use it I spend 5-10 min trying and eventually give up, as it invariably will not load. Huge waste of time. I keep hoping that an update or deleting & re-downloading will fix the problem but nope. Hopefully it starts working eventually…
