SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.
GETTING STARTED
To use the MyPoint Mobile App, you must be enrolled as an MyPoint Credit Union Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.
It’s hard not living near a MyPoint CU because I’ve been with them since they were PLCU & everything I have is connected. But this app gives me 99% of anything I need from transfers, to Zelle, to depositing checks. Anything I can’t do, I can call their CS(typically). Only thing I needed to go in store for was blank checks(I was doing a deposit and they required a blank check) AND while I was at the branch, I got a new debit card(it was the picture of the beach on it).All in all, I don’t need to be nearby a MyPoint to get all the great things I want with this app!

I’ve this app for a while with no problems. However, since I installed this version the check deposit function keeps failing. Sometimes it says it can’t read the account information, other times it says it can’t find the endorsement. So far it hasn’t successfully completed a single time. Oh, and if I just resubmit the same photos, it will change it’s mind back and forth about what it can’t find.
Using transfer to outside account

I needed to set up a process to transfer funds to an outside institution. The instructions work great. I did run into a hick-up with the final step but customer service stepped in and go me the answer. Great work. Thank you

I have used this app for a while. It is well laid out and easy to use for making payments, checking balances, and other banking functions. I like it better than the website. Login uses Face ID and no need to logout, just close the app. I use my phone for most of my banking. Good job.
