With our search tool you can track and share your shipment, setup notification rules and see the latest status of your order.
This application will only provide visibility to DHL Supply Chain orders only. If your search returns no records then it is likely that you are searching for an Express, DGF or Freight shipment. Please go to DHL.com for further information.

Same issues after 18 months
Still not receiving the correct paperwork on deliveries from DHL depots. They do not appear to have FedEx return or RA labels. They print out unscannable 8 1/2 x 11 paper facsimiles, and the shipping “labels” are copies of the Express label they put on the box to ship to us, not the Ground label we use for returns. This has been consistent for many months.
Awful app
This parts app is the worst I have used. Can’t track parts via my employee # any longer. And there are so many button presses to get the airbill information. This app is not very user friendly in the least. Wish my company would go back to the old system. That app would automatically load all my parts orders with tracking information and with one click FedEx tracking would appear. This app needs to be revamped and made more user friendly. Sorry for the bad review but unfortunately that is how I truly feel about the app.

Lots of improvements but needs more work
We just started a collaboration with DHL Supply Chain and the track-trace visibility plays a major role for us. For last several month we have seen a lot of improvements on the platform. Still some new issues that the DHL team continues to support, we fully expect that the APP will perform to our requirements soon.
