MyTechHelp makes it easier to get trusted tech help from someone you know. With MyTechHelp, a requester can create a secure help code or ask a trusted helper for support. The helper can join the session, view the requester’s shared screen after permission is granted, and guide them through simple troubleshooting steps. The requester stays in control. Helpers cannot control the requester’s phone. Screen sharing only starts when the requester begins it, and the requester can end the session at any time. MyTechHelp is built for families, friends, and everyday users who need simple, human tech support without complicated setup. Improved Dynamic Island return cue while screen sharing is active. Cleaned up Requester session layout so End Session is easier to access. Cleaned up Helper session layout with Call Requester and End Session side by side. Improved helper screen status messaging, including clearer screen update/freshness indicators. Compact Trusted Helper cards so more helpers are visible on iPad. Polished Settings layout and removed an unnecessary toggle. Improved Premium/Owner access display in Settings. Added behind-the-scenes trial/device protection improvements. General UI polish and stability cleanup across live support sessions.
