Pointless
I can’t understand why they changed the app. The previous “Telkom” app was buggy but fine.
This one is ALWAYS having issues, even just to log in. Why isn’t there an option to remember your details so you don’t have to manually enter it every single time just to log in? I just want to top up my data. Instead, I’m force-closing the app just to try to login.

Don’t know why they bothered
To say this app is useless would imply that there’s some form of functionality…the only thing that works on here is the error window message….that gets 5 stars as it works…the rest is useless and always unavailable…..
cannot topup onlime
The balances work but I am unable to make any topup data purchases, constant error “no bundles found for this category”. I have prepaid LTE. This is a joke now I have to go to a Telkom store. Fix this!!
