App does not work
I have sent screen shots multiple times still does not load my policy details and i never get any response from the developers.

Why do I have to log in every time I open the app? Can’t you allow finger print access?

You should not need to log in every time you use the app. If this is indeed the case, we would definitely like to diagnose this issue with you. Are you perhaps sharing your account between multiple devices and/or people? Please would you reach out at app@out.co.za and provide the email address that you are using to log in with.
