The myTKS app automatically links to your existing easyConnect telephone service, so it’s like having your home phone on your mobile phone! If your home phone rings, you’ll be able to take the call. And if you want to make a call, you’ll get all of the same great dialing rates as your home easyConnect telephone line. That means unlimited free calls to the USA, Canada, UK, and Germany – right from your mobile phone. Want even more free calling destinations? With the easyConnect Global option you’ll get unlimited free calls to over 140 countries from your home, and from the myTKS mobile app.

The worst… 0 stars
If you can avoid it.. although it’s convenient and in the BX… it’s not worth the headache. There are ALWAYS OUTAGES OR SOMETHING WRONG. TKS was created for military, by way of vodofone, and we are scum to them. They take forever to answer the phone and they only work certain hours, but not on weekends when service is really horrible. The one good thing is there is no contract, so you can cancel. *oh and this post includes ALL THEIR SERVICES but ESPECIALLY Internet and Mobile services. THE WORST
Worst App
It will not even let me create an account. Keeps saying webpage not found when you attempt to create your account. I called my bank in the US and it is a 1-800 number but TKS still charge me 6€ for the call. What a joke of a company and an attempt to provide a solution via a non working app.
Phone doesn’t work
Every time I try to make a phone call via the app, the call crashes and a pop up reads “call closed”. It’s annoying as I’m stationed overseas and it cost an arm and a leg to make a call to America from my European number. Please fix for future costumers.
