Pls fix Photo viewing problems
On History Details page, Pls make it DEFAULT to display content photos CORRESPONDING to EACH package that was grouped into a shipment. Otherwise the page is meaningless for me to just stare at a listing of generic category names without any photo to identify the shipment contents during checking/tracking. Photos are crucial for item differentiation especially when I use this service for medical/health supplies. Items under the same category can be completely different things. The app view is supposed to save us from the laborious process of clicking deep into the website.

The new revamp is so slow at loading up
I was one of the people who was hoping for a more new up to date revamp of this app. Now I regret hoping that. This app is so slow in loading the package list and also it’s almost a mistake to go from one menu to another cos then again the loading starts. And I don’t mean any slowness in the phone or the itself. The loading with the MyUS logo in the middle takes 5-6 secs to populate every freaking time. You would think some caching would happen so that it doesn’t reload each time unless a refresh has been requested via pulling down on the current window. Please revert back for the love of God! This is so annoying I am using iPhone safari browser to login to MyUS account instead of using this app.

Do not choose Fadex as you preferred method
Myus is an excellent way to shop in the us but they promote fadex as their partner, it worked before COVID 19, but now Fadex has just showed how inadequate and frustrating they are, it took them over 2 months to get my shipment, DHL although more expensive did the job brilliantly 3 times over during the Fadex colossal failure, then Fadex over charged me for their incompetence $200, mind you my shipment was priority standard with insurance.. just go with DHL to get the best of Myus. Now the app is unnecessary since they have a great website. Myus ! just cut ties with Fadex. It is becoming a bad mark on your record.
