MyUTM is a mobile application specifically developed for the students of degree programmes, alumni, professional course members and staffs of the Macao University of Tourism. The app provides on-campus information, course information, internal applications, alumni-related information, professional course membership and staff functions. Further optimization of previous online services allows students to use various functions anytime and anywhere, making campus life faster and more convenient for students.
【 Major functions 】
1.Select/switch identity to login: degree programmes, alumni and professional programme membership.
2.Degree programmes – Home: view the latest university information, announcements and commonly used functions.
3.Degree programmes – Course: view status of enrolled courses, class schedule, attendance rate, grades and thesis proposal.
4.Degree programmes – Application: including transcripts, certificates of enrollment, course syllabus, course add/drop, requests for leave, make-up exams, etc. You can apply, pay and view the process.
5.Degree programmes – My: view electronic student card, view and modify student personal information, view and pay bills, payment services, scan QR code for class attendance.
6.Alumni – Home: view alumni activity information, latest information, and push history functions.
7.Alumni – Job: view the latest job opportunities.
8.Alumni – Discover: apply for certificates of enrollment, transcripts, course outline, etc. Reserve certain campus venues, view photo albums, use payment services and search for alumni in the alumni directory.
9.Alumni – My: upload and change personal avatars, view and edit alumni information, and view electronic alumni cards.
10.Professonal Courses – Home: view the latest carousel information of professional courses. The home page button allows entering the course function page, restaurant ordering, schedule and frictionless check-in easily.
11.Professonal Courses – Courses: view or register for professional courses according to categories.
12.Professonal Courses – My: view/edit personal information, electronic QR codes, course application records, accepted lists, course records and attendance records.
13. Staff – Home: use payment services, car park payment, restaurant ordering, venue booking, view electronic identity, campus door access, questionnaires and announcement.
14. Staff – My: view personal information.
