Still love it.

Just finished an entire book on my watch; The Time Machine by H G Wells. Of course I had to use other apps to transfer the text...but well worth the trouble to have a book on your wrist!
So I went to project Gutenberg online to free books, went to the html download of it, copied and pasted two chapters at a time. Very time consuming. Don’t know if I’ll do that again. Too bad Apple doesn’t give you the option to read ebooks on your watch.

That’s truly awesome. I’ll consider it the smallest edition of the book, ever. Happy reading!

Display Issue

There is another issue: my notes are not synced between iPhone and iPad otherwise it will be a truly handy app. By the way, font size on apple watch version is too big despite the size has been set to the smallest in the settings.[Solved by myself. I double-click the home button to force Nano Notes to quit and then reload it. Everything displays correctly now. But I wish to pin some notes so that I don’t have to re-order after copying new notes. (Issue: I copied a poem into Nano Notes and the list shows a few lines which is fine but I tap the note on my iPhone it shows a blank screen. I check Nano Notes on the watch, both the list and the text show properly. I am confused. I deleted the original 2/3 notes because I don’t like Shelly. Does it have something to do with the display issue?)]

Thank you so much for the detailed feedback! You’re correct: notes only sync between iPhone and paired Apple Watch for now, not with other devices. Syncing with Apple Watch is not always instantaneous, but it’s based on the system data transfer mechanism, so it should be reliable. Also, I want to keep the interface as simple as possible, so there’s no pinning.

Handy but has an annoying bug

Is free and handy in a pinch, like during finals week 😉. However there are some bugs, if you write a note and go out of the app and try to open a different note the note comes up blank and you can’t edit it. To fix you have to close the app and open it again to edit or see your full note on your phone. The bug is just on the phone app it works fine on the watch app.

Thank you very much for the feedback! Unfortunately, I’m unable to recreate the issue you’re describing... Could you please share more details, or contact me at
